| I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University (1995) and my B.S. from the Department of Psychology at the University of Oregon (1990). |
| I regularly teach the department's Elementary Psychology course, in addition to the occasional graduate course in my specialty area. I currently have an appointment as a Miller Teaching Scholar in University College. I received a Collegiate Teaching Award in 2005, and I gave the faculty address at commencement in 2005. |
